Please browse below questions which are frequently asked and their corresponding answers. 

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase: -

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next, you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done. You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@minewatch.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 7 days

Q.My order hasn't arrived yet?

While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially at this time of the year. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a couple of days, but if after 10 working days your item hasn't arrived please email sales@minewatch.my. We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.

 

Q.Why are your prices so low?

Watch Shop delivers thousands of watches to customers every day in an absolutely efficient manner, enabling us under certain circumstances to offer special offers and exclusives. 

However, just because we sell watches in great quantities, that doesn't mean you won't receive the same aftercare that you would benefit from if purchased at a high street store. Our sales lines are open 7 days a week and in the event of any problem, our customer support lines are open Monday to Saturday. You also receive full technical support from the manufacturer, as well as their fully authorized warranty.

 

Q. Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer - your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

 

Q.Do you sell secondhand watches?

No. We only sell 100% brand new goods.

 

Q.Do you sell fake/replica watches?

No. All of our watches are 100% genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.

 

Q.Do your watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer. An example picture of product packaging is listed on each product details page.

Q.Do your watches come with guarantees?

Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer's guarantee with our official distributor’s stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.

 

Q.Are you an official supplier of these watches?

Yes. We are an official supplier for all of our watch brands. We do not obtain watches from the 'grey market' like some other internet websites. You should beware of buying from companies who are not official suppliers as they are unable to deal with the manufacturer directly and offer you the support you may need in the event of a problem, or obtain replacement parts.  There has been an explosion of internet watch websites over the past few years, and it can be difficult to determine which are official and which aren't.  With Watch Shop, you are assured that we are approved dealers of every brand listed on this website.

 

Q.What if my watch stops working?

In the event of your watch having a problem, as an official dealer, we can provide you with the full support that you require. As well as this, you also receive direct support from the manufacturer of the watch themselves, who usually offer a technical support helpline and guarantee center.
